43 years ago Otto Service opened it’s garage doors in Kansas City to serve you and your family. Today is no different. As an essential business, our doors will remain open to you to keep you and your family safe on the road.
While the days ahead remain uncertain, one thing that is certain is that we will continue to do our best to provide you with the highest quality of service that you truly deserve. At Otto Service, we do not just care for your vehicle, but we care about people. We care about YOU!
Please know that we are taking every precaution necessary for the health and safety of our team, yourself and your family. We know you depend on your vehicle, just as you depend on us. That is why scheduled services and repairs of your vehicle should not be overlooked at this time.
We do not want you to feel unsafe about bringing your vehicle to us. That is why we offer Contact-Free Services as an option at this time. If you would like to drop your vehicle off with us and wish not be in physical contact with anyone, simply fill out an envelope available to you in our After Hours bin located to the left of our door.
Sign it and drop it through the slot on the door. Be sure to take your complimentary pen with you well! We will then, call you with any repairs your vehicle needs. Once repairs are approved and then completed, you can simply pay over the phone and pick up your vehicle. No need to see any of our smiling faces Just give us a call to see how we can serve you best. We do not want your health compromised or your vehicles safety either.
We are currently offering Complimentary Pick-Up and Delivery of your vehicle as well. Just let one of our amazing team members know you would like that option when you are booking your service.
Cleanliness has always been a standard of our facility, but we have recently added additional policies and procedures to ensure we are minimizing the risk of spreading any infections. Proper hand washing is the first step in this process. Our team will be diligently practicing that regularly throughout the day, as we always have. In addition, our team will also be wearing gloves with every vehicle that comes to our facility. When your vehicle comes to us it will be wiped down with proper antibacterial disinfectant at all of the common touch points (drivers door handle, steering wheel, indicator and wiper stalks, gear shifts and the hand break).
We will repeat the process again after it has been serviced before being returned to you. Your keys will also be sanitized when we receive them and once again before being returned to you.
In our office we have hand sanitizer on the counter available to you when you enter. All common contact places will be wiped down on a consistent basis throughout the day. Our kid’s area is currently closed to prevent the spead of more germs at this time.
We do ask if you come in our waiting room, that you wear a mask as Kansas City is under a mask mandate. Our staff will be doing the same. We are following the social distancing protecal, as well as having a plexiglass shield between our staff and customers at the counter. A clean-air machine is also in our waiting room at this time as we take every precaution necessary for your safety.
We do ask if you are sick in any way, or have had someone in your vehicle that has been either, please let us know so that we can arrange to make other arrangements for you and take the extra precautions necessary to protect our team.
